What is Merge Contacts?An annual reminder system developed after some of the GREATEST marketing mind habits. MergeContacts merges data from 3 time periods and presents it to you daily via email at the time of your preference.
How do you differ from other reminder services?
One email per day delivered to you (and another if you wish) detailing your annual events of today and two other time periods. NO ONE offers that service. Our goal is to empower you to be a marketing genius!
Our reminder service not only reminds you about your contacts but also about the people or pets important to your contacts with a simple click-through method.
No separate emails per event - one consolidated email to give you the ammunition to impress everyone, every day! If no events meet your 3-tier criteria, we don't bother you with an email.
How much does the service cost?
$0.00 - yes that is zero dollars! There is no limit to the number of records you can keep on file. The more you load, the more you will be impressed and recommend our services to others!
How do I enter my data?
Open an account via our secure system, build your profile, then enter your contacts or send us your contacts in a file. Click on My Contacts once you have opened an account for more details about data requirements.
How is the data maintained?
After your annual events are entered, you only need to delete the annual events as you see fit. Our responsibility is to deliver the information back to you via our automated consolidated reporting system at the time YOU choose. We do send you reminders, on occasion, to update your data because we know how that goes - everyone forgets about the new people they met or new annual dates they learn about after the initial load.

What is Merge Me?MergeMe is your account at Merge Contacts.
What kind of information is required about my contacts?
The Merge Me database only needs the following information about your contacts:
1. First name or nickname (however you would address the person)
2. Last name (used so you know who the person is)
3. Birth Date
4. Anniversary
If you provide us with more information, we can do more for you!
What information do you need about me?
As a Merge Me account owner, we need information about you and your preferences. For instance, where you live, your time zone, and the time you prefer to receive your reminders and the times you prefer we send out messages on your behalf. We do EVERYTHING to ensure that we keep to your preferences. No two people are alike - we know so we make our system flexible enough to accomodate all our customers.
